Crabtree Creek flows down from the south side of Snow Peak and offers fun fishing and easy wading starting in May (check current regulations). Early summer is the best for fishing, as the creek flow becomes minimal in late summer. A trail runs the length of the property with spur trails to the river. You can continue upstream above our property, onto Weyerhaeuser property, because they allow public access on foot.

Crabtree Pond is located 20 miles east of Albany in the Cascade Foothills. It offers excellent trout fishing from shore or from a float tube, plus tent and RV camping in a secluded, woodsy setting close to the creek. The pond ranges in depth from 3 to 10 feet and has a variety of bug life. Fishing regulations are posted around the pond.
